Apartment access control system is more and more modern instead of the traditional physical access control technology. It is widely used for special facility doors in condominiums, such as tennis court door, function room door, gym, health spa, etc. CT9 PRO apartment access control system provides multiple IDs credentials for approved people residents, guests, and staff to gain security access, and it is no need to worry about unauthorized visitors entering or exiting. CT9 PRO can build networked central management system with TCP/IP Ethernet, 4G, WiFi for both LAN and cloud server software, enabling connection to control centers for ease of management. Multiple IDs credential

CT9 PRO supports multiple access control method, encrypted RFID card, mobile ID and PIN Code.

CT9 PRO is with relay control for both online server real-time monitor & standalone access control apartment/condominium solution. The primary goal is to simplify apartment building access and enhance on-site security. CT9 PRO access control system will benefit not only condominium owner but also tenant.

 

CT9 PRO has 4 types of access control method commonly used:

1. Proximity touchless NFC/BLE mobile phone access ID

CT9 PRO allows tenants and staff to enter apartment buildings by using mobile devices such as smartphones or smart wearable watch as access credentials.

2. QR code

Visitor use mobile phone with QR code credential/Pin code for access. For gust, apartment owner use Mobile app to send invite QR code to his guest. Guest receives a QR code or dynamic code, then scan QR code on CT9 PRO and authenticate to open door. There is no need for security manager to conduct an on-site assessment of each visitor or gust.

3. RFID cards

Residents and authorized person use RFID cards to enter the building. CT9 PRO supports dual RF 125KHz & 13.56MHz contactless smart card RFID cards, including Ultralight, Mifare, Mifare® Plus, DESFire® EV1/EV2/EV3 and HID® (HID Prox and iCLASS®). This ensures increased security for storing encryption keys (Evaluation Assurance Level) and helps prevent the cards from being easily stolen or cloned.

4. PIN code

Visitor input a numeric PIN using digital keypad, and if it matches the stored value, access is granted. PIN code is commonly used to grant short-term access, and temporary pins are not used for a specified period of time and becomes invalid. New temporary codes can be regenerated for visitors to access again and often used for temporary guest access or deliveries.

 

Enhanced Security

Apartment Access control systems restrict entry to authorized individuals only. This prevents unauthorized access, reduces the risk of theft, and enhances overall safety within the condo premises.

 

Cloud-based Management Systems

CT9 PRO supports wire/wireless 4G, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP Ethernet via HTTP/HTTPs communication protocol real-time synchronization visitor data to the cloud server. CT9 PRO already includes a local event recording function in offline mode, and the event types include card swiping, PIN code, tamper switch triggering etc. When CT9 PRO is connected to the server, the event records of CT9 PRO can be obtained from the cloud server. Apartment owners can easily track tenant check-in and check-out status in real-time, boost apartment occupancy rates controlled area, and prevent resident illegal subletting.

 

Convenience for Residents

Modern access control methods, such as QR code, mobile apps, or Id QR code, make it convenient for residents to enter the building without carrying physical keys. They can also grant temporary access to guests remotely. 

 

Improving user experience and business income

Many modern condominium buildings also have public amenities that need to be secured, such as pools, health centers, lift, car parking and so on. CT9 PRO access control system can be integrated with the payment system to provide users with an automatic payment experience at the special facilities area. Integration of third-part software

CT9 PRO with 3.5" touch screen is Linux based IP reader with embedded software, and SDK offer HTTP/HTTPs command for customers server software integration.

CT9 PRO seamlessly integrates with other external device, involving property management systems, light, alarm to build comprehensive access control solutions for apartment.
