CT9 PRO Integration with Printer for Canteen Management

For self-service canteen, in order to improve operational efficiency and eliminate crowding at the counters. CT9 PRO supports RFID cards and mobile identify technologies, providing a cashless payment access control solution that meets customer specific requirements. CT9 PRO supports RS485 interface via RS485-RS232 converter to connect the small cash register printer for printing QR code receipts that display transaction details for easy record-keeping.

When user presents their QR code using mobile to scan at CT9 PRO, CT9 PRO device send code ID to the Cloud/PC via Router to identify its validity. For valid ID, the Cloud host will send command to the CT9 PRO, CT9 PRO transports user IDs information to printer for direct printing of QR code tickets. CT9 PRO can real-time synchronize user IDs, Names, and Clock input to printer for direct printing of the tickets.

When network is disconnected, CT9 PRO can work as standalone to store user IDs and events records. When network gets connection, CT9 PRO will connect server automatically, and uploads the event logs to server and switch to online mode. The history of visitor data can be stored on CT9 PRO and synchronized to the Cloud for printing QR code tickets.
